Ann E. Vandenberg, PhD, MPH

Biography

Dr. Vandenberg is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University, Division of General Medicine and Geriatrics.  She is the Project Coordinator for EQUiPPED and works on evaluating its implementation across multiples sites.  She received her PhD and MPH from Emory University, conducting pre-doctoral work with the national CDC-funded Healthy Aging Research Network and the National Council on Aging in Washington DC and postdoctoral work at Emory’s Center for Health in Aging. She is a 2015 graduate of the National Institute on Aging’s Butler-Williams Scholar Program. She is currently supporting health service research projects including EQUIPPED while focusing as well on research on improving quality of life and care for older adults.
