Camille P. Vaughan, MD, MS

Biography

Dr. Vaughan is the EQUIPPED program co-Director.  As the Atlanta Site Director for Clinical Programs in the Birmingham/Atlanta GRECC, she led the formation of the VA GRECC collaborative to implement EQUIPPED.  Dr. Vaughan is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Emory University and serves as Associate Section Chief for Research in Geriatrics and Gerontology.  She focuses on optimizing the care of older adults with multiple chronic conditions.  Specifically, she has expertise in the study of lower urinary tract symptoms among older adults, including those living with Parkinson disease.  Dr. Vaughan’s research is currently supported by the Department of Veterans Affairs Rehabilitation Research & Development service and the John A. Hartford Foundation.
